The Leukemia & Lymohoma Society is the world's largest voluntary health organization dedicated to funding blood cancer research, education and patient services. Each year LLS picks a Boy and a Girl who are living with Leukemia.
This year's girl of they year is Elisha Mott, she was diagnosed with Pre B ALL on March, 4th 2009. After receiving a transplant on June 25, 2009 she is now in remission. Elisha is in school at Brentwood High School and enjoys Lacrosee, Young Life, youth group, PLS and beeing around friends and family. is the that live in the area An estimated 912.938 people in the United States are living with, or are in remission from, leikemia, Hodgkin lymphoma, NHL or myeloma. .
This year's boy of the year is Christian Wilson, he was diagnosed with Gamma Delta Leikemia on October 1, 2008. He is currently a senior at Pleasant View Christian Schoole. He enjoys playing golf, baseball, and football. Favorite teams to cheer for are the Titans and the Volunteers. His hobbies consits of hunting, snowboarding, and being around friends and family. I am raising money in honor of Elisha and Christian this year, I truly hope to help find cures for blood cancers. All donations are greatly appreciated. Your donation is tax deductible and will support The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society programs, including research, patient services, advocacy, public and professional education, and community services.
